When you use the quote request form, I receive the information you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details of your event. I use it for one purpose only: to answer your request and prepare a proposal.

What I don't do

I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. I do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask for updates. This site sets no advertising cookies.

Analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting visitor statistics to understand which pages are useful. Where analytics requiring consent are used, you will be asked first.

How long I keep your data

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your event and for reasonable business records, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — one email is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
