I learned my craft in the nightlife of Mykonos — three summer seasons reading some of the most demanding crowds in Europe — and refined it over six years in Brussels, where I hold a residency at Papillon Schuman, now in its fourth year.
Today I play corporate receptions for firms like Freshfields and Boston Consulting Group, weddings across Europe, and the Greek community events that made my name — from the Brussels Greek Food Festival to student parties in Vienna, Leuven and Lille.
